Every piece starts with an idea, a pile of yarn, and a whole lot of trial and error.

We knit, shape, dye, wash, and finish our pieces here in Ulaanbaatar. Some designs take a few attempts to get right. Others go completely off the rails before turning into something we actually like.

That's part of the process. And part of what makes every piece different.

 GOOD FIBER. NO SHORTCUTS. 

We work with Mongolian cashmere, yak wool, and sheep wool, sourced and processed here in Mongolia. Each fiber has its own personality, from ridiculously soft cashmere to the substantial warmth of yak and the rugged character of sheep wool.

No need to make them all behave the same.
